Please note that while these sealers can tackle a multitude of materials, they are not suitable for sealing polyethylene.With the capacity to seal materials up to an impressive 18 inches in width and 20 mils in total thickness, our W-Series sealers boast a German-manufactured thermostat, ensuring precise temperature control from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C). The simultaneous heating of both jaws ensures excellent heat penetration, especially when sealing thicker materials.We understand the need for adaptability, which is why our direct heat sealers feature an adjustable work table to accommodate various sealing projects. The standard 26" pedestal stand offers a sturdy and ergonomic setup.Safety is paramount, and that's why our W-Series sealers come equipped with protector bars around the jaws, ensuring maximum protection.Operating our W-Series sealers is a simple! Simply set the desired temperature on the temperature controller based on your material's requirements.
