Our KF-series direct heat sealers come in a light blue in color and equipped with an easy to use temperature controller.Our direct heat / constant heat sealers seal most types of thermoplastic packaging material, but are especially ideal for thicker material such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, coated PP. Please note: direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene. Material up to 16" and 20 mil can be sealed. The meshed seal width is 10mm. Equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 125°-600°F (50°-320°C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously resulting in better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Units also include an adjustable work table. Using the included adjustable work table makes it easier to position the bag between the seal jaws, improving overall control.Easy to operate. Set the temperature on the temperature controller depending on the material to be sealed. Once the correct setting has been reached, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Insert the material between the two sealing bars. Press down on the foot pedal and release.
